Save the post on Instagram and put it in a collection with a useful name. To connect it with your notes and plans, share it to CUBE and add the context you will need to find it again.
Decide why you are saving it
A restaurant, a recipe and a gift idea have little in common, even if they end up in the same saved section. Think about the moment you will need that post again.
Names such as “Friday dinner” or “Madrid trip” give you a clearer clue than “Favourites”. Start with a few groups and add others when you need them.
Save it inside Instagram
Use the post’s Save option. In Saved, you can group posts into collections and revisit them inside Instagram. Menus may vary with the app version and content format.
Saving a post bookmarks it. It does not download its video or guarantee access if the post disappears or its permissions change.
Share it to CUBE and keep the reason
Open Share on the post, find your phone’s system share menu and choose CUBE. If the source app only sends a link, that is what the capture starts with.
Return to CUBE to review the note and received content. Add a tag or a comment such as “Dinner with Venus when we visit Madrid”. Your own context turns a link into a plan.
- Choose the space where you want to keep it.
- Bring the plan together with a tag such as “Madrid”.
- Check the link and any notices about unavailable content.
Find it through the plan
When the time comes, filter your trip notes or ask about the recommendation you saved. Open the source to check hours, prices or details that may have changed.
CUBE keeps the link and available content. It does not automatically import your entire Instagram collection or unlock private or paid posts. Declared restrictions retain the public preview and source.

Questions that often come next
Does CUBE download Instagram videos?
This feature saves what the share menu supplies, such as the link and available content. It is not a video downloader.
Can I search all my Instagram saves through CUBE?
CUBE searches notes you have added to CUBE. Your Instagram saves are not imported automatically.
What if only the link was saved?
Keep the source and add your own context to the note. Check capture notices and revisit the original post for content that could not be saved.
