Group links around what you want to do with them. Keep the source, add why it matters and give each plan a specific tag. Then you can search by the reason as well as the title.
Separate reading, reference and action
Saved links have different jobs. Some are a quiet read, others a reference for a project, and others an action: booking, buying or trying a recipe.
Separating these intentions keeps every interesting article from becoming a task. Start with “Reading”, “Kitchen project” and “Weekend away”, without building a perfect archive.
Save a link with a sentence of your own
Open Share in your browser and choose CUBE. Review the note when you return to the app. The content received depends on the page and its availability.
Add your reason: “The measurements I need for the bookshelf” helps more than “Interesting website”. Keep the original link to return to current information.
- Source: where the information came from.
- Reason: why it matters to you.
- Next use: when or why you will need it.
Organise around a real project
Use a space to separate broad contexts such as Personal and Work. Within each one, tags can bring together references for a purchase, a trip or research.
CUBE can suggest connections between notes through their content or tags. Treat them as clues and check the originals before assuming they refer to the same thing.
Return with a specific question
Instead of browsing twenty tabs, search for the project or ask “Which bookshelf measurements did I need to check?”. The answer depends on what you actually saved.
When a project ends, review its links and add your final decision as a comment. Next time you can distinguish the options you considered from the one you chose.
A reference you return to

What you want to remember, as it arrives.

A tag and your context bring the plan together.

Is every article saved in full?
