How to organise bookings and travel documents on your phone

Keep bookings, PDFs and travel notes together so you can find key details and return to the original document.

To get started

Group bookings and documents by trip, keep the originals and record decisions or changes in notes. CUBE saves different formats and lets you ask about information it has prepared.

01

Bring the trip together

Your flight arrives by email, the hotel as a PDF and the apartment address in a message. Create a space for a longer trip or a tag for a weekend away in Personal.

Start with what you will need on the journey: transport, accommodation, tickets and addresses. A short list of missing items helps you spot the document you have not received yet.

02

Share documents and review the result

Send files or available content through Share, or add them in CUBE. Each capture becomes one note. You do not need to split a PDF into a note for every paragraph.

Keep CUBE open while it processes on iPhone. Before leaving, check that important notes are prepared and their details are readable.

  • Accommodation name and address.
  • Arrival date and check-in instructions.
  • Booking reference and original source.
03

Record changes alongside the booking

If your host changes the arrival instructions, save the new message and make clear which version applies. A comment can record a confirmation or decision.

Do not assume an old booking updates itself. CUBE works with what you saved; it does not automatically sync with airlines and hotels.

04

Ask for context and check the original

Try “What instructions did I save for reaching the apartment?”. Open cited notes to see the full context.

Keep original tickets and boarding passes too. A prepared note does not replace the document an operator may require, and travel details can change.

03 / Find it again
What instructions do I have for reaching the apartment?

The entrance is on the side street. The host confirmed the instructions by message; you can return to that source.

Questions that often come next

Does CUBE automatically read my email?

This flow uses messages, documents and links you share or add. It does not assume access to your inbox.

Can I prepare notes before going offline?

Yes: first download the model and review the prepared notes. Opening source links or querying maps may need a connection.
