How to save restaurants and places for a trip

Collect recommendations, add context and find saved places on a map for your next trip.

Example illustration
To get started

Save each place with its name, city and the reason it was recommended. Group notes by trip and use the map to see places CUBE could locate. You can ask about your saved places nearby.

01

Keep more than the place’s name

“Casa Oliva” could be a restaurant in several cities. Add the city, an address or the original link and a sentence about why it interests you.

It also helps to remember who recommended it and for what: a quiet terrace, a group dinner or a stop during a walk. These are clues you can search for later.

02

Collect recommendations for the same trip

Share a page or post to CUBE, or write down a recommendation someone just gave you. Use a tag such as “Madrid October” within your Personal space.

A photo, a document and a voice note can all add context to the trip. You do not need to convert them to the same format before saving them.

03

Check which places could be located

Open the map icon beside CUBE’s space selector. It shows places identified and located from notes in that context.

If one is missing, check the name and city in the note. An ambiguous mention may not resolve; checking is better than relying on the wrong location.

04

Find a plan for where you are

Ask chat about restaurants you have saved nearby, or name another area while planning ahead. Using your current position needs location access.

Map providers use external queries and may need internet. Check the business’s source for availability, hours and reservations before setting off. CUBE helps you recall plans; it does not guarantee a place is open.

Questions that often come next

Does this search every restaurant in a city?

Searching your places starts with what you saved in CUBE. It is a way to recover your own recommendations.

Does the map work completely offline?

AI processes notes locally, but locating places and using map services may require a connection. Coverage depends on the provider.
