Keep the personal close.
How CUBE privacy works: local AI, encrypted storage and the differences between your notes, websites and map services.
AI on your device
The model that prepares your notes and generates answers runs on your phone. Note text is not sent to an AI server for processing. Download the model first; that AI can then work offline.
Local, encrypted storage
CUBE keeps your memory in an encrypted database on your device. There is no automatic cloud sync. Keep backups and review data transfer before deleting the app or changing phones.
External requests have their context
Opening a website or retrieving its content contacts that source. To locate places, place queries are sent to map providers. These features may need internet and are separate from local processing of your note text.
The website you are reading
These pages are served as static content. Fonts are hosted with the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page views in aggregate, without third-party cookies, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance. We have not added sign-up forms or advertising pixels. This measurement applies to the website and does not access your notes in CUBE. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to serve the pages.
Sharing remains your choice
If you send a question by email, its content is transmitted through your email provider. Avoid including personal notes that are unnecessary to explain the issue. App Store and Google Play manage purchases on their platforms under their own terms.
